In 2025, Plat Du Tour is back for its 6th season. Featuring celebrated chef

Guillaume Brahimi, the series airs every evening during SBS’s coverage of

the 2025 Tour De France. In each bite sized episode, Guillaume creates a

dish relating to the region the Tour De France is passing through. We begin

with Stage 1 of the Tour De France in Normandie, where Guillaume cooks

Moules Frites – the most popular dish of the region.

This year in Season 6, Guillaume is also welcoming some of Australia’s

greatest chefs and industry experts to give him a hand creating exciting

dishes inspired by the gastronomy of France. Guests for this series include

Ross Lusted of Woodcut, Alessandro Pavoni of Amare, restaurateur Grant

Smillie of Marmont and consultant Jane Meadowcroft from Fremantle

Octopus.
