Beyond has a long-standing company policy not to accept unsolicited information or material including, without limitation, creative ideas or suggestions, television show pitches, concepts, formats, treatments, scripts, ideas, or any other material or information.

Beyond’s policy is to delete or discard any such submissions without reading, forwarding, or responding to them.

It is the intent of this policy to avoid the possibility of future misunderstandings when projects developed by or on behalf of Beyond’s staff might seem to others to be similar to their own creative ideas or materials.

In connection with anything you submit to Beyond – whether or not solicited by us – you agree that creative ideas, suggestions or other materials you submit are not being made in confidence or trust, do not create any implied contract (either in fact or at law) regardless of whether there exists any industry custom to the contrary, that no confidential or fiduciary relationship is intended or created between you and Beyond in any way, and that you have no expectation of review, compensation or consideration of any type.
