Nikki has spent 20 years in television, working in both production and development. She started her career in production at CBBC before going on to work on reality TV series, including The Salon and Fame Academy. She then moved into format creation and has since run successful development departments at Lucky Day Productions and Remedy Productions, as well as holding senior development positions at Keo Films, BBC Studios and Love Productions. In 2019, Nikki established Seven Studios UK with Damon Pattison, and it was acquired by Beyond in 2020. Nikki has created/co-created series including Show Me the Monet (BBC Two), School of Silence, Vote for Me and Driving Academy (all CBBC), Love Shaft (E4), Lorraine Kelly’s Penguin A&E (Channel 5), Secret Location (Channel 4), and most recently, Pooch Perfect (BBC One and Seven Network Australia).
